The challenge

One of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in New Jersey, needed to launch a digital front-door development that would improve the patient experience, enhance communication and adapt it to connect with their younger patients, and efficiently track patient samples and pathological waste.

The solution

We worked with Artificial Intelligence (OpenAI API) to design personalized prompts and application settings that allowed children to communicate and explain their symptoms through music.

We performed data migrations with EPIC (the most popular electronic health record platform in the US) and used Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to convert text within images into a machine-readable format.
